I'm back..I always hate posting when I eat off track.  Yesterday was sooo much fun.  The food was great...so were the cupcakes...guilty but great.  We walked a ton, and it was a wonderful birthday.  Today I'm right back with my diet.  I had a low carb bar, coffee, and tea.  I worked off about 350 so I'm way into neg. cals.  Hope all is well stay strong!

So this weekend I ended up eating somewhat normally..but I didn't put on weight.  I was down to 136 even by the time my two days with Steven were over...hmm I wonder how that happened haha.  Well today I'm back on track..I had a low carb bar, two cups of coffee, and the cheese and chicken off a peice of chicken...around 320.  Then I went to the gym and burned 335 cals.  So I'm at negative cals for the day.  Not sure what else I'll eat....probably not much because tomorrow is my birthday...I'll be 18!  My roomie is taking me to the city for dinner and then to Magnolia bakery for a cupcake...I really want to try it but I hate the idea of the cals.  We'll be walking a lot so it won't be so bad...and I won't eat a ton too much at dinner.  Then Wednesday it is right back on track.  Well I'm napping before English..hope everyone is doing well good luck..stay strong!

I've stayed on track all week and I feel so good!  I only got a chance to go to the gym 3 times..but its ok I dieted like crazy.  I'm starving but I definitely look much thinner.  Steven's coming up right after philosophy is over...well just checking in...good luck today stay strong!

Ok so I'm back up at school and these past two days I've done pretty darn well if I do say so myself. I've been following low carb so I lose as much weight as possible this week.  I had only around 600 cals yesterday and I think today has been better.  I think I had only around 500 cals...and barely any carbs.  I'm starving right now so I hope tomorrow morning I've dropped a couple pounds.  I have a full day of classes tomorrow..then none on Thursday.  I'm going to clean the bathroom then head to town to get a manicure.  I got one on Friday and my nails have yet to chip!  Very exciting haha.  Well I'm off to attempt sleep..I have to wake up at 7:30 tomorrow and I've been used to waking up at 11.  Hope everyone is doing well, stay strong!
